we offer a 1 year warranty and if we also do the install, sealants, the warranty could go as high as the products so warranty are owner transferable,.  for example on our wood fences the lumber does not have a long warranty but the stain and sealants do 6 years on some.  so if hired to do the maintaince our warranty would also extend
